Danmei 4eva BJD (BALL JOINTED DOLLS) DISPLAY
BJD or ABJD are dolls articulated with ball and socket joints and are strung with elastic. They are usually cast in vinyl or resin and come in many sizes and styles.
This style of doll was started in Japan by Volks in 1999 with their Super Dollfie line and soon many other companies started making their own. South Korea is now home to the most companies and brands, China also has many factories.
At SMASH! 2024, the BJD corner features three exciting displays for you to view or take part in!
