Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator is an entry-level position within the Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Business Development and led closely by a Business Development Manager. This role supports the team by handling client communications, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with new business opportunities. The Business Development Coordinator will have direct client-facing responsibilities and help with larger cases under the guidance of the Business Development Manager. This role offers valuable experience in business development, preparing the Coordinator for future growth within the team.
- Client Assistance: Communicate with clients and address any inquiries or concerns, ensuring they have a positive experience with our organization.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and scheduling.
- Cross-Department Handover: Relay critical information to the Exhibitors, Marketing, and Programming teams as needed to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Learning and Development: Take advantage of mentorship and training opportunities, actively working to develop sales and client management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
