In some circumstances, SMASH! may request supporting documents from individuals for refund requests. The supporting documentation will be treated as confidential and handled with care.

As a rule, no refunds will be made for any handling fees paid at the time of ticket purchase.

We will not be accepting anymore requests for refunds 7 days after the convention.
