Refunds
Refunds and ticket downgrades are not permitted unless for exceptional circumstances. Such requests must be made via our Contact page by Sunday 7th July, 2024 at 11:59pm AEST (UTC +10:00). Please consider your purchase carefully before proceeding with your order.
CHANGES, UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES
You may choose to change a single day or upgrade your SMASH! Tickets before online sales close on Sunday 7th July, 2024 at 11:59pm AEST (UTC +10:00) or SMASH! 2024 tickets sell out. Changes and upgrades will not be available after the closing date or if sold out, whichever occurs first. Please consider your order carefully when you upgrade as the process cannot be reversed.
The following changes or upgrades are allowed:
- Saturday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Sunday Day Pass ($40.00*)
- Sunday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Saturday Day Pass ($40.00*)
- Saturday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Weekend Pass ($55.00*)
- Sunday Day Pass ($40.00*) → Weekend Pass ($55.00*)
- Single pass of any type → Multiple passes of any type (does not have to be the same type)
* 2% Handling fee applies.
Downgrades are generally not permitted unless for exceptional circumstances.
Ticket TRANSFER
All tickets are non-transferable to the following year.
Purchased tickets are transferable to other individuals with no extra fees incurred. Ticket holder changes can be made by logging in to your SMASH! account, selecting the individual tickets and changing the ticket details.
Name changes to tickets must be made before online sales close on Sunday 7th July, 2024 at 11:59pm AEST (UTC +10:00).
If you are choosing to transfer your ticket to another person, both parties agree to do so at their own risk - SMASH! is not responsible for any misrepresentation or loss of access to SMASH! that may occur during the transfer and will not be able to assist in these circumstances.
