SMASH! Maid Café returns in 2024 to provide the unique maid café experience. Our elegant maids and butlers eagerly await your return with maid magic, games and cute messages on your meals! Enjoy the chance to relax, watch a performance, purchase a polaroid as a keepsake of your visit or receive a special maid blessing to recharge you for the rest of the day.

Our Maid Café has been one of our most popular events frequently booking out on both days at SMASH! and we can’t wait to see all of you once more!

Please note: SMASH! Maid Café is cashless and will be unable to process cash payments.

Maid Café Rules

  • SMASH! Maid Café reserves the right to refuse service
  • No bodily contact
  • No asking for maid’s personal information
  • No photography without express permission
  • No split bills

Day Schedule

20th July - Saturday

  • 10:30 am - Maid Café Opens
  • 10:30 - 4:40pm - Booked Seating
  • 5:30 pm - Maid Café Closes

21st July - Sunday

  • 10:30 am - Maid Café Opens
  • 10:30 - 3:40 pm - Booked Seating
  • 4:30pm - Maid Café Closes

Venue Rules

  • No outside food or drink
  • No loitering at entrance
  • Minimum order is one food and drink item per guest

Operational Rules

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked session (we may forfeit your booking if you arrive after your booking time)
  • Session time is 50 minutes

Cover charge is $10 per guest

SWALLOWTAIL TEA SALON SERVICE LOTTERY

Maid Cafe proudly presents Tea Salon Service with Swallowtail. This lottery is a chance to secure a table for two for a 50-minute session where you’ll be treated to a set menu served by the attentive butlers from Swallowtail.

Please note that the service is conducted in Japanese with limited English.

The four available Tea Salon Service times are:

  • Saturday 11:30AM and 2:00PM
  • Sunday 11:30AM and 2:00PM

Lottery winners must complete payment of $102 to secure their table for two.
