SMASH! Maid Café returns in 2025 to provide the unique maid café experience. Our elegant maids and butlers eagerly await your return with maid magic, games and cute messages on your meals! Enjoy the chance to relax, watch a performance, purchase a polaroid as a keepsake of your visit or receive a special maid blessing to recharge you for the rest of the day.

Our Maid Café has been one of our most popular events frequently booking out on both days at SMASH! and we can’t wait to see all of you once more!

Maid Café Rules

  • SMASH! Maid Café reserves the right to refuse service
  • No bodily contact
  • No asking for maid’s personal information
  • No photography without express permission
  • No split bills

Venue Rules

  • No outside food or drink
  • No loitering at entrance
  • Minimum order is one food and drink item per guest

Operational Rules

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked session (we may forfeit your booking if you arrive after your booking time)
  • Session time is 50 minutes
  • If you are booking for more than 4 people, please book an additional table as we cannot guarantee that groups larger than 4 can be seated together.
  • If you have accessibility needs, please note that we can accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids at any of our tables. The tables that have been noted with accessibility options ensures that smaller tables will be ready for you when you arrive.
  • Bookings are non-refundable. Ensure that you have a valid SMASH! Ticket and are able to enter the convention before finalising your booking.
  • Cover charge is $10 per guest and is to be paid upon finalising your booking.

Swallowtail Butler Operetta Performance

Come and see Iori, Kumagawa and Yurino showcase their musical talent with a special setlist of original songs and anisong at the Performance Stage on Level 1:

  • Saturday 10:00AM and 5:30PM
  • Sunday 10:15AM and 4:30PM

SWALLOWTAIL TEA SALON SERVICE LOTTERY

Need some time to refresh after all the performances? Maid Café proudly presents Tea Salon Service with Swallowtail. This lottery is a chance to secure a table for two for a 50-minute session where you’ll be treated to a set menu served by the attentive butlers from Swallowtail.

Please note that the service is conducted in Japanese with limited English.

Lottery winners must complete payment of $102 to secure their table for two.

Please check-in with your reservation details at Maid Café Reception on Level 2. The Tea Salon Service will take place at the following times:

  • Saturday 12:00PM and 2:00PM
  • Sunday 12:00PM and 2:00PM

Like a fleeting dream, the at-home maids are with us only for the SMASH! weekend and will be floating throughout the cafe. Instead of serving individual tables, they will be fitting around, spreading their moe moe magic for everyone in the café to enjoy.

Get ready for the moe moe kyun with hitomi, Chimu and Mizukin as they bring the at-home café energy to the Performance Stage on Level 1:

  • Saturday 10:30AM

Want to peek into the world of dreams and everything maids? Join at-home café for their panel session at Sakura Stage on Level 4:
