SMASH! Maid Café returns in 2026 to provide the unique maid café experience. Our elegant maids and butlers eagerly await your return with maid magic, games and cute messages on your meals! Enjoy the chance to relax, watch a performance, purchase a polaroid as a keepsake of your visit or receive a special maid blessing to recharge you for the rest of the day.

Our Maid Café has been one of our most popular events frequently booking out on both days at SMASH! and we can’t wait to see all of you once more!

Please note: SMASH! Maid Café is cashless and will be unable to process cash payments.

Maid Café Rules

  • SMASH! Maid Café reserves the right to refuse service
  • No bodily contact
  • No asking for maid’s personal information
  • No photography without express permission
  • No split bills

Venue Rules

  • No outside food or drink
  • No loitering at entrance
  • Minimum order is one food and drink item per guest

Operational Rules

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked session (we may forfeit your booking if you arrive after your booking time)
  • Session time is 50 minutes
  • If you are booking for more than 4 people, please book an additional table as we cannot guarantee that groups larger than 4 can be seated together.
  • If you have accessibility needs, please note that we can accommodate wheelchairs and mobility aids at any of our tables. The tables that have been noted with accessibility options ensures that smaller tables will be ready for you when you arrive.
  • Bookings are non-refundable. Ensure that you have a valid SMASH! Ticket and are able to enter the convention before finalising your booking.
  • Cover charge is $10 per guest and is to be paid upon finalising your booking.
