Prior to entering SMASH!, we ask that you abide by our policies to make SMASH! a pleasant event for everyone.

Some activities will require you to show a valid photo ID in order to participate. Children under the Age of Consent should have a parent or guardian’s consent before participating in activities.

Attendees 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 for the duration of their time at the event.

Clothing and appropriate footwear in accordance with the SMASH! Code of Conduct must be worn to participate in activities. Cosplay props cannot be used in conjunction while operating arcade machines. Please do not use excessive force while playing on arcade machines.

SMASH! is not responsible if any for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained or caused when entering or within the premises including but not limited to spectating and/or participating in activities and events - you assume all risk and responsibility for all loss and damages when entering or within the premises.

SMASH! is not not responsible for personal possessions brought by you to the venue, including but not limited to personal devices, hardware, software, accessories (e.g. tablets, USB devices, tablet pens, consoles, controllers), for use in activities or events or otherwise when entering or within the premises. You must not leave bags or possessions unattended at any time. Software such as drivers may be downloaded under approval and supervision of Staff.
