Rapid Response Team Member
The Operations Department are primarily responsible for the build, operational success, and pack down after the weekend activities have concluded.
The Rapid Response Team (RRT) plays a key role in SMASH! events throughout the year, as we grow as an organisation we will continue to organise and deliver multiple events, which the Rapid Response Team will form a major part. This is not just a role covering the flagship SMASH! event, a RRT staff member will assist in the delivery of all SMASH! related activations.
As part of the RRT, you will be the first to arrive at the hire space, ensure the hire space is stocked correctly, and then pack down at the end, and take stock back to storage facilities.
To be successful for the role we're looking for the following skills!
Essential Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Contactable on a regular basis online and over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Attend meetings, workshops and activities as required
- Able to lift loads of up to 20kg with support
- Available for convention days
Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Previous volunteer or customer service experience
- Open drivers’ license
