Rapid Response Team Member
As part of the SMASH! Rapid Response team, you will be assisting the Operations Team with ensuring that the convention runs smoothly over the SMASH! weekend. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Rapid Response Team will respond to calls for assistance throughout the weekend, ensure all departments have food delivered, repair issues with the build where necessary and ensure all electrical equipment is tested and tagged in line with AS/NZS 3760 standards.
To be successful for the role we're looking for the following skills!
Essential Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Contactable on a regular basis online and over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Attend meetings, workshops and activities as required
- Able to lift loads of up to 20kg with ease
- Available for convention days in Sydney, Australia
Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Previous volunteer or customer service experience
- Knowledge of and/or qualification in Test and Tag to AS/NZS 3760 standards.
