Micro Event Account Coordinator

The Micro Event Account Coordinator supports the Head of Micro Events in all stages of event planning, client interaction, and day-of coordination. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship to individuals new to the field, allowing them to develop skills in event management and client relations within a supportive environment. The Micro Event Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring each micro-event’s success, assisting with everything from client communications to on-site logistics. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth within the SNP department, as well as a chance to directly contribute to SMASH!'s goal of creating memorable community experiences.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications

  • Experience in client relations or event coordination (internships or volunteer work are acceptable).
  • Basic familiarity with event management tools, such as Google Suite.
  • Previous experience in a support role for live events or community gatherings.
