Map Coordinator
The Map Coordinator will assist the Sales & Partnership (S&P) Director in managing the layout and details of the exhibitor map. You'll work closely with Account Managers to understand and fulfill the requests from exhibitors, ensuring that their placements, branding and naming rights are properly reflected on the map. Additionally, you will support the Logistics team by creating storage plans for incoming deliveries. Once the layout is finalized, you'll coordinate with Operations and Creative Departments to ensure the map is both functional and visually appealing for attendees.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage cross-team communication, making sure all requests are met while maintaining the integrity of the map.

Essential Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and update map versions as needed.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other mapping software to update and finalise exhibitor layouts.
- Clear communication skills to manage multiple team requests and relay essential map updates to the Operations and Creative Departments.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all sponsor naming rights and branding are accurately reflected.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Previous experience with event mapping or logistics coordination.
- Experience working in a large-scale event, particularly within the pop culture or convention sector.
- Familiarity with Guidebook or other digital event platforms.
