Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you'll be turning attendee feedback into elevating the SMASH! experience. From crafting surveys to sharing key findings to collaborating with other teams, this position is for those who aim to boost attendee joy and contribute to SMASH!’s overall success.
To be successful for the role we're looking for the following skills!
Essential Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Communication and presentation skills for sharing insights.
- Contactable on a regular basis online and over the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Attend meetings, workshops and activities as required
- Available for convention days in Sydney, Australia
Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Previous volunteer or customer service experience
- Previous experience in event management or analytics for conventions, festivals, or large-scale events.
- Experience using attendee data to inform strategies and operational decisions.
- Track record of developing innovative data collection methods.
- Certification in Data Analysis, such as Google Data Analytics or similar programs.
