Content Collaboration Coordinator
As the Content Collaboration Coordinator, you will support the Head of Content Collaboration in the Sales & Partnership department in managing and executing content across SMASH!'s platforms. You’ll work closely with different departments such as marketing, exhibitors, and social media to ensure that all content aligns with the overall objectives of SMASH! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for anime and pop culture, and is eager to build a career in content creation and collaboration. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating projects, assisting in the development of content strategies, and helping ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining the high quality expected of SMASH!
To be successful for the role we're looking for the following skills!
Essential Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or project coordination.
- A strong interest in anime, Japanese pop culture, or fandom communities.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and basic project management tools (such as Atlassian tools).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Creativity and passion for developing and delivering engaging digital content.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge, Experiences, Qualifications
- Previous experience in a convention, event, or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with content scheduling platforms (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, or other social media management tools).
- Experience working with external clients or sponsors.
- Ability to stay on top of the latest trends in digital content, especially in relation to anime and pop culture.
