Arts & Culture Director

As the Director of Arts & Culture, your role requires oversight over the four major sub-departments, each one focusing on their specialised activities/functions. The coordinators of each sub-department will be required to report to you on plans, proposals and budgeting.

Your role will consist of but not limited to:

  • Oversee a department of teams, running various experiences and activities over the convention weekend.
  • Sub departments:
    • Arts & Crafts
    • Cultural Booths
    • Competitions & Guests
    • Cosplay
  • Knowledge of the Google Workspace and its applications
  • Deliver updates on the progress of your teams to the event execution/delivery executives
