But wait, there's more! You're not just an Account Manager; you're a leader within the Sales and Partnership department. You'll guide and support the amazing Account Coordinators, sharing your knowledge and helping them soar to new heights!
As an Account Manager at SMASH!, you will lead the charge in building and strengthening relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, playing a key role in maximising their presence and impact at the convention. Your primary focus is on developing and implementing sales and partnership strategies to ensure continued growth and success.
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with exhibitors and sponsors, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales and partnership strategies to maximise exhibitor and sponsor participation at SMASH!.
- Provide exceptional support, ensuring exhibitors and sponsors feel valued and supported throughout their journey with SMASH!.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the team to implement successful strategies, enhancing exhibitor and sponsor involvement at SMASH!.
- Mentor and train Account Coordinators, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles and contribute to the team's success.
