As the heart of customer service, you'll sprinkle your magical touch, making exhibitors and sponsors feel like the VIPs they truly are throughout their journey with SMASH!. And when you spot opportunities for growth, you'll be the hero leading the charge, expanding their presence like never before!
But wait, there's more! You're not just an Account Manager; you're a leader within the Sales and Partnership department. You'll guide and support the amazing Account Coordinators, sharing your knowledge and helping them soar to new heights!
